Shared Round Trip Transfer
This is a scheduled same-day transfer shared with other passengers travelling from HarbourFront Centre to LEGOLAND Malaysia.
- Pickup is available only from HarbourFront Centre - Coach Bay.
- Return pickup is from the designated meeting point at LEGOLAND Malaysia.
- The pickup location, return location and departure times are fixed.
- Hotel and residential pickup are not included.
- The shared transfer may carry up to 12 passengers per van.
Private Group Transfer with Hotel Pickup
One vehicle is reserved exclusively for your group. Pickup is available from selected hotels within the standard Singapore coverage area.
- Hotel pickup is available for Private Group Transfer bookings only.
- Please provide your hotel name, full address, preferred pickup time and preferred return time after booking.
- The final pickup and return schedule is subject to availability and confirmation by Valetra.
- The package price applies to one private vehicle and is not charged per passenger.
Direct transfer only: No sightseeing, shopping, meal stops, additional pickups or additional destinations are included.
Shared Transfer Schedule
HarbourFront departure: 9:30 AM
Reporting time: 9:15 AM
LEGOLAND return departure: 5:30 PM
Reporting time: 5:15 PM
Passengers must be ready at the confirmed meeting point at least 15 minutes before each departure. The shared vehicle cannot wait for late passengers.
Vehicle and Luggage
- A Premium Van, Placer-X or another similar licensed excursion-type vehicle may be assigned.
- The actual vehicle may vary depending on availability, passenger count and operational requirements.
- This day-trip package is best suited for passengers travelling with small personal bags.
- Oversized luggage, strollers and additional bags must be declared during booking.
- Additional luggage is subject to available vehicle space and may incur additional charges.
Children, Tickets and Insurance
- Infants and children must be included in the total passenger count.
- Child seats and booster seats are not provided for Shared or Private Group Transfers.
- LEGOLAND Malaysia admission tickets are not included.
- Personal travel insurance is not included.
Travel Documents and Immigration
All passengers must carry valid passports, visas and any other travel documents required by the Singapore and Malaysia authorities.
Singapore to Malaysia
- At Singapore Immigration, passengers must alight with their passports and required travel documents.
- At Malaysia Immigration and Customs, passengers must alight with their passports, luggage and personal belongings.
Malaysia to Singapore
- At Malaysia Immigration, passengers must alight with their passports and required travel documents.
- At Singapore Immigration and Customs, passengers must alight with their passports, luggage and personal belongings.
Travel and arrival times may be affected by traffic, immigration queues, customs inspections, weather, weekends and public holidays. Exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed.
Late Arrival and Non-Refundable Policy
All Shared and Private Group Transfer bookings are non-refundable once payment has been completed and the booking is confirmed.
The Shared Transfer follows a fixed schedule and cannot wait for late passengers.
Passengers who miss the outbound transfer must arrange and pay for their own transportation to LEGOLAND Malaysia. They may still use the confirmed return transfer by reporting at the designated LEGOLAND meeting point before 5:00 PM.
Passengers who miss the 5:30 PM return departure must arrange and pay for their own transportation back to Singapore.
Private Group customers should inform Valetra as early as possible of any requested change to the confirmed pickup or return time. Changes remain subject to availability and confirmation.
